OUR FEES

 

Our fees will depend upon the nature of your motoring law offence and its complexity. We usually discuss our fees during our first meeting. Our fees are always clearly set out in writing and we also offer fixed fees and hourly rates. Fixed fees eliminate uncertainty about your fees and also give you the comfort of knowing that you can contact us as often as you wish without additional charge.

Our fixed fees are as follows:

Guilty Plea starts from  £500.00 plus VAT

Not Guilty Plea starts from £1500.00 plus VAT

Appeals start from £2,000 plus VAT

Alternatively you may prefer our hourly rate offer of £120.00 plus VAT

Telephone calls and letters are charged at £15.00 plus VAT per item.

 

When the prosecution discontinue their case against you or if we won your case following a trial. We usually make an application to the court for your costs to be paid out of central funds, this is known as a defendant's costs order. When granted, this order will enable you to recover all or part of any legal fees you have paid. 

 

We make the way in which we charge you for our services as open and transparent as possible.
